Yes.  Within the password protected side of this website is a complete self-training program.  Step by step procedures on how to market and sell dispensing and managed workers compensation programs to medical service providers.

    Included in the self-training program:

    • Marketing scripts and concepts
    • Sales presentations
    • Video presentations
    • Policies and procedures
    • documentation
    • general and specific formularies

If you have been recruited by another sales representative, they will also be a valuable source of information.  Weekly teleconferences will also be available and assist in your sales development.  The good news is your training is more than halfway over if you've read this entire website and understand it.

What else is in the password protected side of this site?

A calendar of upcoming events and a bulletin board is available for you to help answer questions from other sales reps and also get answers to your questions too.  We also want to hear all about your successes as well as your failures.

The bulletin board will be an excellent source of learning for everybody.  Visit it often.  As time goes by, other enhancements will be added too.

We have all the forms, presentations, formularies, articles, brochures, and marketing tips you will need to quickly generate your success.

You'll be able to order business cards and obtain a free medxscripts.com email account too.

I have no medical sales experience. What should I expect?

Sales is sales.  The key to any sale is getting in front of decision makers and pre-qualifying them.  There are a lot of prospects for in office dispensing and you'll find plenty of people that are eager to speak with you and others that are simply closed minded.  Go after the low hanging fruit and don't waste time preaching to people that do not want to hear the sermon.  Could any physician refuse an extra $50,000 or more each year in net income without seeing another patient?  Remember, no matter how great the product or service is, it still has to be sold.

Physicians are very busy people and each office has a different policy to meet with them.  Some offices have specific days and times when they meet with sales reps and other offices meet with sales reps between patients every day.  The office manager will be your biggest ally or biggest problem so make sure you win them over.  Don't worry, physicians have plenty of income worries these days and many will welcome the opportunity to help them with their financial problems.  Remember you are not just a product salesperson, you are a financial problem solver.

How many ways can you market and sell dispensing?

With our unique sales methodology and video presentations, selling dispensing and managed workers compensation programs to physicians are no longer just a face to face sale.  It still can be in person, but it can also be done via mail, email, and over the phone.  Physicians have many advisors that help them with their practice and the handling of their money.  Accountants, financial planners, attorneys, other physicians and insurance agents can all be great referral sources to get you in front of a lot of prospects.

We have marketing list providers that can provide you with names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of physicians and referral sources.  We'll help you build a customized marketing and sales plan that will work for you.  There are just too many ways to market and sell dispensing.

On a limited budget or no budget?  Not to worry.  The hardest part is not developing a marketing and sales plan.  It's getting started.  Ready, set, go.

I want to get started. What do I do next?

Go to the "Take Action" section of this website and complete the entire form.  We'll respond within 24 hours.  You will receive an email from us requesting additional information as well as a non-disclosure that would have to be signed, dated and faxed back to us.

We want to help everyone that has an interest in becoming a medXSales representative but unfortunately, not everyone will qualify.  Part of the qualification process includes:

    • An application that will provide us with your education, experience and plan of action.
    • A criminal background check.  We also have the right to request a drug test at anytime too.
    • A phone interview.
    • A signed and executed non-disclosure and sales representative agreement.
    • Receive training.

Even if you have been recruited by one of our sales representatives, you are not guaranteed to get in.  We only want the best.

Are there any other ways to earn income?

Yes.  You also can market and sell medical and surgical supplies too.  First, you'll have to master in-office dispensing.  It is your core product and easiest to sell.  Medical and surgical supplies are  priced competitively.  It is a harder sell.  It's a great way to add additional income from your dispensing customers but not a good product opener.

Other income opportunities are also on the drawing boards right now.  All of which have a residual income component to it.

What is this going to cost me to become a sales representative?

Nothing.  Zip.  Nada.  This is not a multi-level marketing scheme or distributorship where you have to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars upfront to become involved.  If we approve you to represent us and our product manufacturers, you are in and at no cost.

Of course there are always business expenses that you would be responsible to pay for as any self-employed entrepreneur would have to pay.  Those include accounting, legal, phones, automobile, insurance, marketing & sales expense, and a computer.

We'll provide to you with an initial sales kit that includes:

    1. Brochures
    2. Demo of the Computerized Software Tracking System
    3. Presentation Book
    4. Sample Bottles
    5. Video(s)
    6. Email Account

Thereafter, you may develop your own marketing brochures and collaterals (with our expressed written consent) or purchase them from us at a very low cost.  All marketing materials that are not created by us would have to be approved for use before distribution.

We plan on offering sales representatives a replicated website for a low monthly fee.  This site would be personalized with your name and photo and be used to educate potential recruits and customers.

Our sales methodology includes having a physician watch a short video presentation.  The video will be on a general website or your own personal website whereby you can email a physician a link to it for viewing.  The presentation will also be available on cds for purchase to give to the physician if you are going door to door.  We suggest going door to door with the cd's and passing them out to as many prospects as you can find.  They'll soon be in the hands of the physician's friends who also happen to be physicians.  After viewing, pick them up if you want to recycle them.

    Am I a medXsales employee?
No.  You are an independent contractor and will be paid on a 1099.
